Zim Laboratories Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 19/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve a) consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2023.b) consider and approve the Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023 (prepared pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015). In connection with the above as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report of Trading by Insiders the trading window for dealing with securities of the Company is closed from Saturday 01st April 2023 to Sunday the 21st May 2023 (both days inclusive).
