BMW Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve We refer to our letter dated May 01 2023 intimating your good office about the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company (the Board) scheduled to be held on Wednesday May 10 2023 inter-alia to consider and approve and take on record the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31 2023.We now wish to inform you that the Board Meeting held on Wednesday May 10 2023 stands adjourned as the financial results were not approved by the Audit Committee and the meeting of Audit Committee is adjourned till Monday i.e. May 15 2023.Therefore the Board Meeting is also adjourned till on Monday May 15 2023 which will be at the Registered Office of the Company at 3:00 P.M. inter-alia to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial year ended March 31 2023.
