In reference to unaudited financial statements for the Third quarter and Nine Months ended December 31 2022 which were filed with the exchanges after the Board Meeting held on February 09 2023 we want to clarify you that a typological error was occurred in stating Figures of Total Finance Cost in Consolidated Segment Reporting for the Quarter ended and Nine Months ended December 31 2022 where the corrected Total Finance Cost for the Quarter ended and Nine Months ended December 31 2022 was INR -116.53 (Lakhs) and INR -408.21 (Lakhs) respectively however due to typing error negative symbol was omitted mistakenly the figure calculated was INR 699.88 (Lakhs) and INR 408.21 (Lakhs) for the Quarter ended and Nine Months ended December 31 2022 respectively. There is no Change in Standalone and Consolidated Financial result Net profit/loss total other comprehensive income net and earning per share and the error occurred has no effect on the same.
