In reference to our earlier letters dated 14.12.2022 and 04.05.2023 and in compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 it is to inform that Ministry of Power Government of India vide order dated 10.05.2023 has conveyed the ex-post facto approval of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) to extend the additional charge of the post of the Chairman and Managing Director NHPC Limited already entrusted to Shri Rajeev Kumar Vishnoi CMD THDCIL (DIN: 08534217) for a further period of six (06) months w.e.f. 01.03.2023 or till the appointment of regular incumbent to the post or until further orders whichever is the earliest.
