In continuation of in-principle approval given by Bombay Stock Exchange vide letter dated 25th February 2022 we informed you that the Scheme of Amalgamation under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act 2013 and the Companies (Compromises Arrangements and Amalgamations) Rules 2016 and other rules and regulations framed thereunder is approved by Hon;ble National Company Law Tribunal (Mumbai) on 8th May 2023 and made order available on its website 9th May 2023 in the matter.We had applied for certified true copy of the order and once received we will fulfill all required conditions as per order.We enclosed herewith copy of the order as available and downloaded from website of National Company Law Tribunal.We will submit certified true copy of the order along with scheme of amalgamation on receiving of the same form NCLT.We request you to bring the above to the notice of all concerned
