SKF India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 17/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve i. Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) and Audited Financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Fourth Quarter & year ended 31st March 2023 respectively. ii. To consider and recommend the dividend if any for the financial year ended 31st March 2023 subject to a declaration of the same by the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
