This is to inform you that Ms. Tiny Kesang Thapar who is a Promoter of the Company has sold her entire shares in an off-market transaction. The Company has received the letter dated 25.03.2023 pertaining to sale of her shares (Promoters Holding). Pursuant to recent conversation with Ms. Tiny Kesang Thapar she is seeking her reclassification of status from Promoter to Public. Pursuant to the Regulation 31A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Company is required to intimate the letter received from Ms. Tiny Kesang Thapar seeking her reclassification of status from Promoter to Public to the BSE. Further we inform you that the letter which has been received by the Company is not as per the proforma specified by BSE for reclassification of status from Promoter to Public. We have talked to Ms. Tiny Kesang Thapar and asked her to send the letter as per the proforma prescribed by BSE. The Company will intimate the letter accordingly.
