Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 32 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (ListingObligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No.CIR/CFD/CMD1/162/2019 dated 24th December 2019 we hereby confirm that there is no deviationor variation in the use of the proceeds of the Rights Issue from the objects stated in the Letter of Offerdated 08th January 2021. The statement in the prescribed format reviewed by the Audit Committee at itsmeeting and by the Board in their meeting held on 02nd May 2023 is attached. During the quarter that endedon 31st March 2023 the proceeds of the Rights Issue have been utilized for the objects as stated in theLetter of Offer dated 08th January 2021
