Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirerments) Regulations 2015 we submit that the Registrar and Share transfer agent of the Company M/s Indus Portfolio Private Limited have received request(s) for issue of duplicate Share certificate(s) from below mentioned shareholder (s) and that as required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI / HO/ MIRSD / MIRSD RTAMB / P / CIR /2022/8 dated January 25 2022 the Company shall issue Letter of Confirmation to the shareholder(s) after compliance of required formalities.
