This is with reference to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 which enhanced the disclosure requirement w.e.f. January 08 2021 for companies under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). In continuation of earlier intimations with respect to hearing dates; we hereby inform you that company had hearing before the Honble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Mumbai Bench for approval of application for the Resolution Plan of the I.A 68/2021 on Wednesday May 10 2023 and the same had been adjourned and now it is scheduled to be held on June 12 2023. We shall intimate the status of the same post hearing with NCLT.
