CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09 2015 this is to inform that the Nomination Remuneration and Compensation Committee of Jubilant FoodWorks Limited today i.e. on May 11 2023 granted stock options under the JFL Employees Stock Option Schemes as per the details mentioned in attached letter.
