The Board of Directors of the Company in the meeting held today i.e. May 11 2023 has inter alia approved to sell and transfer the shares held by the Company in its material subsidiary Aeroflex Industries Limited upto 5700000 equity shares in one or more tranches i.e. less than 5% of the paid-up share capital of Aeroflex Industries Limited at a price and on such terms and conditions as may be agreed between the proposed acquirer and Mr. Asad Daud/Mr. Harikant Turgalia the Directors of the Company.
