We would like to inform that the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai Bench vide its Order dated 8th May 2023 has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Savita Polymers Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with the Company (Scheme) pursuant to the provisions of Section 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and rules made thereunder.
