PICTUREHOUSE MEDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday May 23 2023 to inter alia consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31 2023.As notified by the Company vide letter dated March 31 2023 pursuant to the Companys code to regulate monitor and report trading by Insiders the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for all the Designated Persons and their relatives from April 1 2023 and till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.
