To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the fourth quarter and the financial year ended 31st March 2023; and 2. To consider the proposal of declaration of Second Interim Dividend for FY 2022-23 on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2023.
