In terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Saturday 20th May 2023 to consider inter alia the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023.In furtherance to our letter dated 31st March 2023 we wish to inform you that the Trading Window will continue to remain closed till 22nd May 2023 i.e. 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023.This intimation is also being uploaded on the Companys website at www.zuari.in.
