As already informed vide our letter dated 22nd April 2023 we hereby inform you that Ms Reshma M was relieved from the Offices of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from the closure of the business hours of the Company on 12.05.2023.In the interim Mr Mahesh Kumar K V Chief Financial Officer of the Company has been appointed as the Compliance Officer of the Company.
