Dear Sir/MadamWe wish to inform you that Mr. Surjeet Lal an employee of the company who held 1532 equity shares was mistakenly classified as a Promoter in the shareholding pattern during the IPO in 1993-94. Despite efforts by the company to rectify this error the classification remained unchanged. Later in December 2020 Mr. Surjeet Lal retired from the services of the company while holding 1532 Equity Shares. The company had also filed an application with the stock exchanges to remove the name of Mr. Surjeet Lal from the promoter group in October 2022. The company has now discovered through the BENPOS that Mr. Surjeet Lal sold his shares without informing the company or obtaining pre-clearance between the period April 10-14 2023. In response to this the company is taking steps to comply with the required disclosures and is voluntarily ensuring compliance for cautionary purposes.This is for your information and records please.Thanking you
