Outcome Of The Board Meeting Of The Company Held On May 12 2023

Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. May 12 2023 has inter-alia:-1. On the recommendations of Audit Committee approved the re-appointment of: a) Protiviti Advisory India Member LLP as an Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-24;b) Chandra Wadhwa & Co. Cost Accountants holding Firm Membership No. 000239 as the Cost Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-24 whose remuneration is subject to ratification by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company; and c) Mr. Jayant Gupta a Practicing Company Secretary (holding FCS - 7288) proprietor of Jayant Gupta & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for Financial Year 2023-24.
