With reference to the above we would like to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. on Friday 12th May 2023 has:1. Approved Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on 31st March 2023. Considered Auditors reports on Audited Financial Results for the aforesaid period. The audited financial results and auditors report are enclosed herewith.2. Recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share (5%) of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March 2023.The dividend if declared by the shareholders in the ensuing 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be paid to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting.
