Sayaji Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Sayaji Industries Limited (the Company) will be held on Wednesday May 24 2023 inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31 2023. Further in continuation to our disclosure on Closure of Trading Window dated March 27 2023 pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading this is to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) of the Company till 48 hours post publication of results and such persons shall not be permitted to trade in the securities of the Company till 48 hours post publication of results.
