TARMAT LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations2015 a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday 30th May 2023. Inter-alia to consider approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results/Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the 04th quarter and year ended 3lst March 2023. Further in terms of Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the closure of trading window for purchase/sale of securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives has already commenced from 01st April 2023 and will end 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of its Audited Financial Results for the 04th quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2023.
