The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Saturday May 13 2023 has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs 3 ( Rs Three only at the rate of 30 % ) per Equity Shares for the FY 2022-23 which shall be subject to the confirmation by Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of Company.
