Re-appointment of M/s. Shah & Shah Associates Chartered Accountants (FRN: 113742W) as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the second term of five consecutive years i.e. from F.Y. 2023-24 to F.Y. 2027-28 who shall hold office from the conclusion of the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) till the conclusion of the 35th AGM subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM of the Company.
