Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations we wish to inform that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. May 26th 2023 appointed Mr. Mohd Javed Qureshi as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of Moongipa Capital Finance Limited (the Company) with immediate effect as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and based on approval of the Audit Committee of the Company.
