To consider and approve the Re-appointment of Mr. Chirag C. Doshi as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a period of 3 years w.e.f. April 01 2023 and to approve his remuneration2. To consider and approve Resolution for continuous appointment of Mr. Chakor L. Doshi Chairman of the company as a Director in the company after completion of 75 years of age.This Postal Ballot Notice will also be available on the Companys website at www.walchand.com and on the website of NSDL at www.evoting.nsdl.com.
