The Board of Directors of the Company in their 132nd meeting held on Friday the 26th day of May 2023 which commenced at 03:00 P.M. and concluded at 03:30 P.M. at the registered office of the Company situated at A-28 Ram Nagar Shastri Nagar Jaipur-302016(Rajasthan) inter-alia transacted the following business:-I. Approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Financial Year ended on 31st March 2023 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on 31st March 2023 and Cash Flow Statement for the year ended 31st March 2023.
