Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) we wish to inform that pursuant to the recommendation of the Audit Committee the Board of Directors of Lokesh Machines Limited (the Company) in their meeting held on today i.e. Friday May 26 2023 has considered and approved the appointment of M/s Naval & Associates. Cost Accountants (FRN. 002319) as Cost Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2023-24. The disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9 2015 in connection with the appointment is enclosed as Annexure- A.
