We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25th May 2023 has decided to convene the 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company on Friday 11th August 2023 through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Video Means (VC/OAVM) in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 rules framed thereunder and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with various circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
