Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we inform you that JSW Energy (Barmer) Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has completed the buy-back of 726050000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each at par aggregating to Rs. 7260500000/- (Rupees Seven Hundred Twenty-Six Crore and Five Lakh only).
