Dear Sir/MadamPursuant to Regulation 30 & 33 of Chapter IV read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Friday 26th May 2023 has approved and taken on record the following:Approval of the Audit Report and Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March 2023 the Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the year ended 31st March 2023 and the Statement of Cash Flow for the year ended 31st March 2023.
