Appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the Board in its meeting held on May 26 2023 has approved the appointment of Ms. Shivani Kawle as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. May 26 2023.We also inform you that pursuant to Regulation 6 of SEBI (LODR) Ms. Shivani Kawle is designated as the Compliance Officer of the Company. Details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and the SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09 2015 as amended from time to time alongwith brief profile of Ms. Shivani Kawle are attached herewith for your perusal as Annexure-1.
