The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 26th May2023 based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee re-appointed Shri Manish Goenka (DIN 00363093) as Whole-time Director of the Company for periodfrom 15th July2023 to 30th June2026 (approx. 3 years) subject to the approval of the Shareholders of theCompany.This has already been informed in our outcome of the Board Meeting submitted with the stock exchange on 26th May2023.
