This is with reference to our letter dated 22nd May 2023 regarding intimation of the Board Meeting of the Company which was scheduled to be held on Monday 29th May 2023 at 12 PM via video conferencing to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023. Pursuant to SEBI circular CIR/CFD/CMD 1/142/2018 dated 19th November 2018 we wish to inform the Bombay Stock exchange (BSE) and investors of the company that the Company is not in a position to submit the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023 in a timely manner to the Stock Exchange (BSE) due to some unavoidable circumstances. Though the company is trying its level best to complete the same as early as possible. We request you to please take the abovementioned reason disclosed herein on record andcondone the delay.
