DividendThe Board of Directors have recommended a dividend of Rs. 9/- per Share of Rs.100/-each (9%) for the financial year ended March 31 2023.3. Rental IncomeThe Company in its Rental Services segment has let out further Building space to Lulu International Private Limited for their Hyper Market operations at Coimbatore in Tamilnadu and will be opening shortly. The rental income will add to the revenue of the Company during the current financial year 2023-24.Kindly acknowledge and take the same on record.
