In compliance with provisions of Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25 January 2022 the Company hereby inform that Letter of Confirmation have been issued to the shareholders for effecting issuance of Duplicate Share Certificates after compliance of required formalities.
