We have received Disclosure under regulation 7(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and regulation 29 of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of shares and takeovers) Regulations 2015 about Acquisition of 100 Equity shares by M/S. GNA Gears Limited (Part of Promoter Group). They had already intimated to the Stock Exchanges their vide their letter dated 25th May 2023.
