Considered and approved the Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31 2023.2.Considered and approved appointment of M/s Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP Chartered (Firm Registration No. 012754N/N500016) as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the initial term of 5 years. Their appointment as statutory auditors is subject to the approval of members at the 57th Annual General Meeting.3. Recommended final dividend of Rs. 1.10 per equity shares of Rs.1 each subject to the approval of the members of the Company
