This is to inform you pursuant to recommendation of Audit Committee the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 29 2023 has approved the appointment of M/s Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP Chartered (Firm Registration No. 012754N/N500016) as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the initial term of 5 years. Their appointment as statutory auditors is subject to the approval of members at the 57th Annual General Meeting.
