We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. May 29 2023 inter alia considered and approved recommendation of final dividend @ 10% on Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each i.e. Re 1/- per Equity Share for the Financial Year 2022-23 subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
