Non Applicability Of Regulation 24A Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 For The Financial Year Ended March 31 2023

With reference to the above captioned subject and our letter dated May 03 2022 we wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 15(2)(a) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations the paid up equity share capital and net worth of Luharuka Media & Infra Limited (the Company) for the last three consecutive preceding financial years does not exceed rupees ten crore and rupees twenty-five crore respectively and therefore the provisions of regulations 17 17A 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 24A 25 26 27 and clauses (b) to (i) and (t) of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 46 and para C D and E of Schedule V of SEBI (LODR) Regulations are not applicable to the Company from financial year 2022-23.Hence the compliance with the provisions of Regulation 24A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations is not applicable to our Company for the financial year ended March 31 2023.
