Asahi Songwon Colors Limited has informed the Exchange that further to our intimation letter dated May 16 2023 and May 20 2023 and in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. May 29 2023 has 1.Approved the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31 2023. 2.The Board of Directors of the Company has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share (5.00%) of face value of Rs. 10/- per equity shares for the financial year 2022-2023 3. Accepted Resignation of Mr. Narendra Rathi as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company .
