The Board in its Meeting held today have amongst other matters considered approved and taken on record the following: 1. Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2023;2. Auditors Report on Standalone and consolidated financial results for the financial year ended 31st March 2023;3. To conserve the resources of the Company for new future initiatives the Board of Directors of the Company has not proposed any dividend for the financial year ending 31st March 2023.
