In terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and other applicable provisions Please find enclosed herewith a copy of Annual Audited Standalone Financial Results along with Auditors Report of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2023 which has been approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e. Monday 29th May 2023. Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated 27th May 2016 we hereby declare that the Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued the Audit Report on Standalone Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2023 with unmodified opinion. The Board meeting commenced at 2:30 P.M. and concluded at 5:30 P.M.
