With reference to the above captioned subject we would like to inform you that Regulation 24A (2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 w.r.t. submission of Annual Secretarial Compliance Report is not applicable to the Company as per Regulation 15 (2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 as the paid up equity share capital and net worth of the Company are less than INR 10 Crore and INR 25 Crore respectively as on 31st March 2023.
