In the Board Meeting of HLE Glascoat Limited held today i.e. on 29th May 2023 the Board of Directors of the Company have recommended Dividend on equity shares @ 55% (Rs.1.10) per equity share of Rs.2 each for the financial year 2022-23 subject to approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
