In terms of above cited SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD-1/142/2018 dated November 19 2018 we would like to inform that Company will not be able to submit the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March 2023 within the prescribed time period i.e. on or before 30th May 2023 because the Company is unable to schedule its Board Meeting and Audit Committee Meeting due to the non-availability of its Wholetime Director. Previously Company had scheduled its Board Meeting on 20th May 2023 however Audit could not be completed by then and thereafter the Wholetime Director went out of town because of his prior commitments. He is expected to return by end of first week of June and Company will schedule its Meetings accordingly.
