This is to inform you that as per regulation 15(2) of the SEBI (LODR) Regn 2015 the compliance with the Corporate Governance provisions as specified in regulations 17 17A 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 24A 25 26 27 and clause (b) to (i) and (t) of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 46 and para C D and E of schedule V shall not apply in respect of:1. The listed entity having paid up equity share capital not exceeding rupees ten crore and 2. The listed entity having net worth not exceeding rupees twenty-five crore as on the last day of the previous financial year.Acc. the Company is not required to submit the RPT Disc. as required under regulation 23(9) of Listing Regulations as the paidup equity share capital of the Company is Rs 21641000/- (Rs Two Crore Sixteen Lakhs Forty-One Thousand Only) and the Net worth of the Company is Rs. 14938853/- (Rs One Crore Forty Nine Lakh Thirty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Three only) as on Yr End 31st March 2023
