With reference to the above subject along with Section 91 of the Companies Act 2013 the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday June 29 2023 to Wednesday July 5 2023 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend and 38th Annual General Meeting.
