This is to inform you that Annual Secretarial Compliance Report under Regulation 24A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations2018 read with BSE Circular No LIST/COMP/10/2019-20 dated 9th May 2019 is not applicable to our Company.Furthermore our Company is claiming exemption under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as provisions of Corporate Governance as per regulation 15 (2) (b) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. the compliance with the provisions as specified in regulation 17 17A 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 24A 25 26 27 and clause (b) to (i) of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 46 and Para C D and E of Schedule V shall not apply to listed entities having paid up Equity Share Capital not exceeding Rupees 10 Crores and Net worth not exceeding Rupees 25 Crores as on the last day of previous financial year.
